  Ron Loux will be leaving for Niamey Niger Africa September 17th - Will be there until the middle of March.. If you need to reach him, he will replace his cell phone chip and have a new cell number once there.  In the mean time feel free to call Diane.  She will reach me.
He  will be staying on the Embassy grounds - Diane has a residence there.

If for any reason you should ship or mail anything, send to the Dulles VA address here in the USA - US postage and they will forward in a diplomatic pouch from here to Niger.. The following information should be enough... Holler at me prior to the 17th if you need clarification.

Aside from working there,  he will be active in a number of local charities. Small villages where poverty abounds. The closest is about 1 our over rough terrain from Niamey. He's been informed  they need and use "flip flops."  Also they can use "T" shirts of any kind.   He's already been asked to assist in an expansion in a local village where they want to grow two acres of corn rather than one, but can't afford the seed corn.

 BASIC Certification Program
Course Outline (Brown Belt Equivalent) 

·       Introduction to kyosho jutsu & tuite jutsu

·       Introduction to meridian theory, 5 element
  theory,  & oriental medicine

·       Study of basic point locations &
   striking  techniques

·       Effects of point manipulation

·       Tissue attacks (seizing, grasping, &
  tearing point locations)

·       Escape & release techniques

·        Introduction to basic joint locking,
  throwing, & immobilization techniques

·       Student will learn how to extract vital area
 attacks &  implied grappling techniques
 from his/her own forms

·       Basic first aid & resuscitation techniques

·       Physical & written examination 

 Course may be completed the following ways:

1.)    As a dynamic 8-hour group seminar
     (minimum of 5 participants)  Cost: $100.00 per person

2.)    One-on-one private training (may be done as 8 hours straight
or broken up into separate training sessions)
Cost: $250.00

Cost includes: Basic certification manual, testing fees,
 & certificate of course completion

  Advanced Certification Program
 Course Outline   (1^st Degree Black Belt Equivalent)

·        Must have completed the basic certification course

·        Advanced study of kyosho jutsu & tuite jutsu principles

·        Study of advanced point locations & striking techniques

·        Advanced study of point manipulation effects (death &
   delayed death)

·        Study of advanced joint locking, throwing, &
  immobilization techniques (joint breaks & dislocations)

·        Study of 1 hit knock out points

·        Kata bunkai (form applications): heian shodan, heian nidan, heian sandan. 5 kyosho & 5 tuite applications from each kata / 30 techniques total

·        Advanced first aid & resuscitation techniques

·        Physical & written examination 

Course may be completed the following ways:

1.)    As a series of two dynamic 8-hour group seminars (minimum of 5 participants) Cost: $100.00 per person

2.)    One on one private training (done as 16 hours broken up into separate training sessions) Cost: $250.00

Cost includes: Advanced certification manual, testing fees, & certificate of course completion.

 Course Outline     (2nd Degree Black Belt Equivalent)

 Must have completed the advanced certification course

·        Review of all point locations & striking techniques

·        Review of all joint locking, throwing, & immobilization techniques

·        Review of all previous kata bunkai (form applications)

·        Kata bunkai (form applications): heian yodan, heian godan, tekki. 5 kyosho & 5 tuite applications from each kata / 30 techniques total

·        Student will learn how to teach the basic & advanced Loux-Ryu courses

·        Thorough physical & written examination (this will include aiding in an actual seminar or private training session) 

Course may be completed the following ways:

1.)    As a series of two dynamic 8-hour group seminars
 (minimum of 5 participants) Cost: $100.00 per person

2.)    One on one private training (done as 16 hours broken up
 into separate training sessions) Cost: $250.00

Cost includes: Instructor certification manual,
testing fees, & certificate of course completion

Once completed, the individual will be licensed
 to teach the basic & advanced Loux-Ryu
Pressure Point & Grappling System courses.
