Can only Shotokan Karate-Do students join?
Students in various arts may join. The ultimate goal of AASKF is to create an environment conducive to learning for the martial arts world as a whole. As said in the mission statement, the AASKF is an organization created for the individual martial artist to expand his own horizons and to reach his own potential as the best warrior / artist that he can be. All styles are welcome to join, and in doing so, share their own philosophies and ideas, and in return be open to receiving philosophies and ideas from other, potentially very different arts.

How do I receive this information from other martial artists / disciplines?
In a revolutionary manner, the AASKF has incorporated today’s technologies into the traditions of the Far. In a classroom manner, via the tremendous and increasingly powerful tool of the internet, it is possible to share and spread information through means of live video feeds. By far the greatest benefit of becoming a member of the AASKF is the ability to access these feeds and have access to an unadulterated and unequaled wealth of information.
Do I have to be a Black-Belt to join? Students of any rank are welcome to join. Those students who are interested in the AASKF will be joining a league of other martial artists who are driven to become the best martial artists that they possibly can. The AASKF offers tools to those who join to help them become Warriors, not just members.
Can I join the organization if my instructor or school isn’t a member of the organization?
It is not necessary your school be a member, although we wish it were, you will benefit from AASKF in addition to your instructors teaching in your home school.
Is there any cost if I am a member of the AASKF if I choose to visit and train in an AASKF sanctioned school?
You are welcome to train in any sanctioned AASKF school worldwide without cost. You are an honored and welcomed guest. You are listed in our World-Wide data base and have recognition at any of our schools.
